CFCGMFI, through CFC Migrants’ Program entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Philippine Association of Service Exporters Incorporation (PASEI) a group of more than 200 Service Exporter companies (Private Recruitment Agencies) for the conduct of the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminars (PDOS) for departing OFWs as required by POEA/OWWA. The daily conduct of PDOS done by CFC MP has an average attendee of 50-100 soon to be deployed OFW participants. The engagement of CFC MP focuses on the Moral Values Reorientation aspect of the PDOS module. PASEI is the leading association and the voice of the industry committed to ethical recruitment and b est practices. To date, since 2011, more than 400,000 individuals have benefitted from our Moral Values Reorientation Program (MVRP) thru PASEI.
