For starters, the  aspiring entrepreneur, should attend the  BizneSerye webinar modules.  This is  a nine (9) module series explaining and teaching simplified management concepts using  the vernacular as a medium of teaching. The modules of the BizneSerye are the following:

There were 5o devices who logged in.  Other registrants failed to join since some are still at work during the 4:00 pm start.  There will be another run in the coming week and then succeeding modules will be scheduled The series will initially run for two three (3) sessions per month or maybe shortened depending on participants’ feedback and TOP team evaluation. Raising of capital needed to start-up business

The CFC MP TOP team will assist the would-be entrepreneurs in looking for funds needed to start-up the business.  This may be in the form of business loans coming from institutions engaged in providing capital at socialized rates or from donations coursed through ANCOP, from government agencies providing assistance to repatriated and displaced OFWs. We may also seek accreditation for our BizneSerye program to allow those who have completed the course access to the loans or assistance being provided by these government and non-government institutions.

Mentoring and Handholding

After providing the knowledge and skills needed to venture into a business, mentoring and handholding will be continuous. This will be done through regular monitoring, reporting, and constant communication with the beneficiary.  A mentor will be assigned to handhold the beneficiary as he ventures in the world of entrepreneurship.

  • Once a week kwentuhan between mentor and beneficiary ( this will give updates on what is happening on the business and providing advise on matters and issues
  • Monthly status reporting with the Cluster Heads/ECP team – wherein the mentor and beneficiaries will provide updates on their business.
  • Plans and actions for the month – Mentor and beneficiary will present to the Cluster Heads/ECP Team their plans for the coming months. Introducing necessary changes in the annual plan.

Career program

We do not act as agent, representative or recruiter for our partners but we will post their requirements and they can apply directly to our partners and they will decide whether to hire the applicant. Our partners are kind-hearted to provide employment opportunities to the repatriated or displaced OFWs if they do qualify for the position.

We have designed and implemented the Entrepreneurial and Career Program (ECP) with the goal of assisting our OFW and as well as non-OFW brothers and sisters who were affected by the Pandemic.
