The Entrepreneurship Program under the ECP process starts from the selection of beneficiaries and extends up to the time when the business is running or operating. A regular monitoring and reporting will still be done for a certain period until the Team is satisfied with the results of the business venture

Bizneserye Modules
For those who are beneficiaries of TOP and want to start a business, the ECP will be the right program for them. The ECP will also be opened to non-TOP beneficiaries who want to learn and have their own business.
For starters, the aspiring entrepreneur, should attend the BizneSerye webinar modules. This is a nine (9) module series explaining and teaching simplified management concepts using the vernacular as a medium of teaching. The modules of the BizneSerye are the following:
BizneSerye was launched last May 15, 2021, and the pilot run of the 1st module “Mga negosyong pwede kong pasukin (Business Development) was presented via the zoom platform. There were 5o devices who logged in. Other registrants failed to join since some are still at work during the 4:00 pm start. There will be another run in the coming week and then succeeding modules will be scheduled The series will initially run for two three (3) sessions per month or maybe shortened depending on participants’ feedback and TOP team evaluation. A certificate of participation will be given to the participants attending each module and a Certificate of completion to those who complete the nine (9) module BizneSerye.
How can I register under TOP?
To implement the program, CFC Migrants Program (MP) has initiated an on-line survey using Google Form for repatriated OFWs. This will allow CFC MP to gather data and identify and qualify the OFWs in need of assistance.
